Meet the Management Team

Sharon Lim

CEO

Sharon is a corporate visionary with nearly 20 years experience in the apparel industry, from sourcing to retail. She is responsible for directing Browzwear’s vision and business operations in the rapidly-evolving 3D apparel market. Before managing Browzwear, Sharon co-founded and managed Pragma, a global distributor of technology solutions for the Apparel industry, and was General Manager of Tommy Hilfiger South America, where she was responsible for distribution, localization, wholesale and process management. Outside of work, Sharon is committed to eradicating poverty through community development projects and creating sustainability in less-privileged communities in Asia.

Lena Lim

Chief Commercial Officer

Lena is an expert in strategy, change process management and business restructuring to enable digital transformation. She has over 20 years experience managing teams in Asia, France and USA in the fashion industry as well as a number of technology industries. A graduate of the Insead Business School in France, Lena also facilitates leadership, entrepreneurship and social ethics workshops using the Bissada Management simulation platform. She is committed to helping the craftsmen and women who create apparel to harness the powerful of digitalization. She is also a director of X-Border Community Service Ltd and sits on the board of Wycliffe Global Alliance.

Avihay Feld

Chief Product Officer

Avihay is a co-founder of Browzwear and General Manager of Browzwear Israel. He is responsible for the vision and delivery of Browzwear’s products. Avihay has over 20 years of experience in managing technology products, and in addition to Browzwear, lead start-ups in e-retail and gaming. When he isn’t working, Avihay can be found on an SUP or a bicycle.

Noam Nevo

Chief Technology Officer

Noam is a co-founder and the CTO of Browzwear. In this role he is responsible for developing all of Browzwear’s 3D solutions for fashion design, development and merchandising. Noam has worked in software development for over 20 years at companies including Perion, Zizio and CET.
